  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking.  Booking via other popular and frequently used reservation websites sees your Australian dollar leave Australia immediately with the larger booking sites often not paying any taxes as they have no actual footprint in Australia.  They also charge the small business owner, i.e. the Motelier a large commission percentage for their rooms/bookings.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. We are happy to organise an early check-in time where available.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 7:00 pm and we can organise a key for you.

  • Do you have undercover parking?

    No, every room has allocated parking. Almost all parking spaces are located directly outside the rooms.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms at Murgon Motor Inn are non-smoking.

  • Is your hotel Pet-friendly?

    Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets at our hotel.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    Yes, Water Tower Restaurant offers a diverse menu showcasing locally inspired dishes.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a private BBQ area for our guests with a Guest Only room with television, dining facilities, fridge etc.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    The CBD is only 1 kilometre away with an easy drive or walk to all shops.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    We have a restaurant on-site and Murgon RSL in the CBD provides meals at reasonable prices.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours from check will incur the full amount for the first cancelled night.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room bookings.

    Note, we do not accept American Express.
